High Sensitivity to Earnings Miss
Dryden Pence, Chief Investment Officer at Pence Capital, said he expects “volatility to the downside” for shares of companies that report fourth-quarter results that do not meet analyst estimates, adding that earnings misses will “probably not be forgiven” the way they may have been in the previous two quarters.
