Linh joined Pence Wealth Management in 2013, bringing over two decades of administrative, operational, organizational, and leadership experience from both her civilian and military careers. Dryden Pence was her commander in the U.S. Army Reserve where she supported him for four years as his military personal assistant. Currently, Linh serves as his Executive Assistant supporting him with operational, administrative, and marketing needs.

Linh is still an active member in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Master Sergeant (E-8) working in the Intelligence field. She has deployed three times in support of oversea contingent operations supporting U.S. troops in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, and Kuwait. She is the recipient of the Defense Meritorious Service Medal (2010), Meritorious Service Medal (2023), and two Army Commendation Medals. Her goal in life is to out rank her husband John who retired from the U.S. Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant as well.

In her free time, Linh enjoys reading, playing video games, and tinkering around in her indoor and outdoor gardens. She is the proud mother of three children, three Labrador Retrievers, a demonic attack kitty, and a baby Sulcata tortoise.
