Ali Arik has been with the firm since 2011 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Research. In this capacity, he serves as an economist, investment manager, and market strategist.

As the head of the research team, Dr. Arik is primarily responsible for individual stock selection, risk management, and the development of Pence UITs, Pence Portfolios, SMAs, and Pence Indices. His research focuses on technological innovations, shifts in consumer behavior, and government policies, analyzing their impact on corporate earnings and economic activities.

Ali holds a Ph.D. in Economics, specializing in Macroeconomics and Behavioral Finance, from Claremont Graduate University. He also earned a master's degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Economics from Anadolu University in Turkey.
